By placing towers near a path you will prevent enemies from moving on it and reaching their goal. Each level the game board is cleared, making way for a new generated path, creating a unique new level to beat. As you progress you will discover new enemy effects as well as new tower effects to use to handle those enemies. You will create combinations, using the strength of different tower effects to take down increasingly difficult waves of enemies. The random properties of towers, paths and enemies makes each playthrough a new experience, creating hours of gameplay.
Neon Rift TD is a game created as part of a university course, it was developed during eight weeks by four Interaction Design students at Chalmers University in Gothenburg.
